Our Eastern Cape Concession in South Africa offer a natural, wild life experience on 5 different ranches totaling over 200,000 acres of unspoiled, malaria-free area. Our Eastern Cape operation offer fair chase hunting of more than 30 different species.
Hunting Season
Hunting in in Eastern Cape is best March through to October. Climate: The months of March to May are our Autumn months with an average daytime temperature of 80°F with cooler evenings. Although June and July are our Winter months (with daytime temperatures of 65°F) very mild winter conditions are experienced during the day with cooler temperatures (32°F) at night. August to October are the Spring months with climatic conditions very similar to Autumn.
Getting There
You arrive in Johannesburg (where you have to collect your luggage and rifles and go through customs and immigration). Hop on a connection flight to a Port Elizabeth where you will be met by met by a Cape to Cairo representative for a 2.5 hour road transfer to Somerset East, where the camp is situated.
