Terms and Conditions for cancelling a hunting trip
  • Failure to arrive or cancellations made within a week prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit
  • Cancellations made two or three weeks prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit
  • Cancellations made four or five weeks prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit
  • Cancellations made six or seven weeks prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 25% of the deposit
  • Cancellations made eight or more weeks prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 5% of the deposit
