How do I make an enquiry to hunt at a hunting destination?
The hunting destinations are categorized in the provinces of South Africa and its neighboring countries. Choose an area where you would like to hunt. A summary of each location in that area are displayed in the order of the advertisement type chosen by the advertiser. The Gold, Silver and Bronze listings have more information when you click on More Info. To make an enquiry, you should click on Booking/Enquiry and complete the form. The enquiry is send directly to the advertiser and the owner will contact you directly.

How do I make an enquiry for a fixed hunting package?
The fixed hunting packages are categorized into Rifle, Bow, Fowl, Quick and Green Hunt. Choose one of these categories, and select a hunting package which interests you. You can view the location or a description of the animals. Click on make enquiry and complete the form.

How do I make an enquiry for a customized hunting package?
If you choose custom packages, you could create your own hunting package. First choose a destination where you would like to hunt to take place. You then get the chance to specify the wild game you are interested in, as well as the duration and quantity. The website will work out a quotation, and you can complete the form to make an enquiry.

How do I make an enquiry for a Big 5 or Special request hunt?

Complete the form, and choose an advertisement option. Once you pay the annual fee for the advertisement, your account will be activated and you will get a username and password to log in and enter the rest of your information.

What are the advertisement options available?
The free listing allows you to advertise a short summary and your logo. Bronze listing allows you to advertise all of free and your direct contact details. Silver listing allows you to advertise all of Silver as well as a complete description, 4 photos, the accommodation and a complete price list. With a golden listing you could also publish the directions, a description of the outfitter and the website will send you a SMS or fax when you get an enquiry.

How do I respond to an enquiry?
The website will send you an email with the client’s request as well as the direct contact details of the client. Please make sure to contact the client as soon as possible.

How do I renew my advertisement?
The website will send you an email to inform you that your advertisement will expire. If you renew your advertisement before it expires, you will get a 10% discount.

Business Partners selling hunting packages

Who are the business partners?
The business partners are professional hunters who offer their hunting packages on the website which are sold at a 10% commission.

How do I register as a Business Partner?
Complete the form to register as a business partner. You will be able to choose your hunting destination if you listed it. Once you have registered, you will get a username and password which would enable you to log in and provide more information.

How do I enter my hunting packages for sale?
Once you are logged in, you can add hunting packages by specifying the price and game included. You can also specify your game and day prices to enable you to sell customized hunting packages.

How do I respond to an enquiry?
The website will send you an SMS when you get an enquiry, and an email with the booking details. You can respond to any questions by sending the client a message. Once the specifications are settled, you can issue a quotation. The client will get the quotation and an invoice for a 25% deposit to confirm the booking.

How do I claim the remainder of the deposit?
Once the hunt is completed, and the client settled the final amount with you, you should log in and specify the final amount. Hunt in Africa charge a 10% commission on the final amount. The website will calculate the commission and subtract it from the deposit. The remainder will be paid into your account.

Who are the resellers?
The resellers are agents who sell hunting packages on behalf of Hunt in Africa, and earn rewards which could be exchanged for money or for a hunting package.

How do I register as a reseller?
You can register as a reseller by completing the form. This would enable you to log in with a username and password and view the hunting packages available to resellers.

How do I purchase a hunting package?
Once you are logged in, the packages offering rewards will be displayed. When you purchase a package, the points will be added to your account.

How do I claim my rewards?
When you are logged in and you choose the option to claim rewards, the monitory value of you rewards will be displayed, as well as the packages you could exchange for your rewards. Choose to claim the money or one of the hunting packages.
